At its core, Little Nightmares is about vulnerability. You don’t play as a mighty hero but as small, fragile characters navigating a world much larger — and deadlier — than themselves. The first game introduces Six, a girl in a yellow raincoat trapped aboard The Maw, a grotesque, underwater vessel filled with monstrous beings. Armed only with her wits, Six must outmaneuver towering foes, from the grotesque Janitor to the gluttonous Guests, all while unraveling the sinister secrets of her surroundings.
The second installment, Little Nightmares II, deepens the mystery, placing you in the shoes of Mono, a boy with a paper bag over his head. Joined by Six, the duo traverses a world twisted by a mysterious Signal Tower. Together, they face new horrors, including the haunting Teacher and the terrifying Thin Man, in a journey that explores themes of control and corruption.
